Counseling Services

Courage is not about the absence of fear, but the continual forward movement even in the face of obstacles and barriers

Making the decision to seek counseling embodies both courage and humility. It takes the courage to confront the challenges and burdens you carry and the humility to seek and accept assistance when needed. When choosing a therapist, it's crucial to find someone with whom you can be truly vulnerable, free from judgment, and to trust the process as you venture into uncharted territory.

Whether you're embarking on a new phase of life or grappling with recurring emotional or relational distress, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I firmly believe that each one of us has the capacity to support our own growth and healing. My goal is to accompany you on your life's journey, guiding you as you explore, uncover, and unlock your unique potential.

While my approach draws from a variety of methods to assist individuals, families, and couples in navigating personal challenges and behavioral health issues, my foundation is firmly rooted in an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective. This perspective recognizes the profound healing potential of relationships. I'm here to help you recognize your innate need for connection and to heal the ruptures in your relationships that may contribute to maladaptive and self-destructive behaviors.

Additionally, I place great importance on the body-mind connection in managing distressing symptoms. As such, I regularly incorporate mindfulness practices into our sessions, empowering you to integrate them into your daily life.

My ultimate aim is to provide a secure and nurturing space where you can humbly explore the path that led you here and, with courage, pave the way for a life brimming with vitality.
