Workshop:
Beyond Boundaries
Are you tired of overextending, saying “yes” when you mean “no,” or feeling resentful in your relationships?
Friend, you are not alone in this struggle, and the
Beyond Boundaries workshop might be just what you need.
Join me for an interactive experience designed to help you understand, set, and sustain boundaries that support your well-being and reflect your values. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize boundary violations, communicate your needs with confidence, and move past guilt and people-pleasing, without shutting down or pushing people away.
Through guided reflection, practical tools, and nervous system-aware strategies, you’ll walk away with a deeper sense of self-trust and the confidence to create space for what really matters.
-

The Myth of Strength:
Reclaiming What it Means to Strong
The Myth of Strength is an 8-session, closed support group designed for women who are ready to challenge the internalized belief that strength means self-sacrifice, silence, and suffering. Too often, women are praised for their ability to “do it all” while quietly carrying emotional burdens, ignoring their needs, and attaching their worth to how much they can produce or endure. This group creates a supportive, healing space to rewrite that narrative.
Participants will explore themes such as:
-
The cost of chronic over-functioning
-
Redefining strength through rest, emotion tolerance, and authenticity
-
Creating and maintaining boundaries without guilt
-
Practicing sustainable self-care and unhooking self-worth from productivity
This group is generously funded through the Brevard Prevention Coalition's Do It For P, allowing 8 women to attend 8 weekly sessions at no cost. Each session combines guided discussion, reflective exercises, and experiential activities that help participants reconnect with their true, whole selves, no longer defined by how much they carry, but by how deeply they care for themselves.
