In today's society, perfection is no longer perceived as an aspiration, but an expectation. In seeking perfection, we often put our needs last, leading to emotional burnout, resentment and relationship distress. That does not have to be the end of the story. Moving from perfection to presence allows us to practice self awareness, self compassion, self regulation and self love. This 1-day workshop features topics on thinking traps that encourage perfectionism, perfectionism as a survival skill, somatic awareness and emotion tolerance and boundaries.
